Changed your mind?

Write to us within 7 days of delivery. We arrange collection and refund the full product value. A flat 20% return charge applies to change-of-mind returns.

Condition

Bottle must be at least 95% full, in its original box, outer packaging intact. Testing a fragrance is expected — emptying it is not.

Damaged or wrong order

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and bottle. We replace or refund in full, and cover the return cost.

How refunds are issued

All orders are cash on delivery, so refunds go directly to your bank account, JazzCash, or Easypaisa within 5–7 working days of the parcel reaching us.
